LG’s Customer Information Centre (CIC) provides your customers with direct support
from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm, 7 days a week (Eastern states only). It is the central point from which your
customers can seek assistance with products and services including:
- Advice on how to operate products
- Booking warranty and service calls
- Pre-purchase information on product capabilities and functionality
- Problems when products do not meet expectations
- Complaints
- Feedback.
