LG’s Customer Information Centre (CIC) provides your customers with direct support from 7.00 am to 7.00 pm, 7 days a week (Eastern states only). It is the central point from which your customers can seek assistance with products and services including:

• Advice on how to operate products
• Booking warranty and service calls
• Pre-purchase information on product capabilities and functionality
• Problems when products do not meet expectations
• Complaints
• Feedback.
