Ian Greenwood

Ian Greenwood is the National Credit Manager of LG’s Credit department. He manages a team of 15 staff including Credit Controllers and Charge Back Controllers. They process all levels of credit including:

• Credit applications
• Credit limits
• Credit reviews
• Follow-ups.
  

Each state has a dedicated Credit Controller and Charge Back Controller who are your main points of contact. They provide you with access to information such as:

• Proof of delivery
• Copies of invoices
• Invoice queries
• Claims on co-operative advertising
• Rebates
• Credits and refunds
• Pricing
• Credit checks
  

Ian’s team ensures our dealers have the appropriate credit facility in place to cover all their trading requirements while they fulfil the product needs of their customers.
